Essential training principle

Its main objective is to relearn our body to move naturally and regain all of its initial and natural functions, so as to compensate for the imbalances caused by our too sedentary lifestyle.

The principle is to work the movement and not the muscle in isolation as is done in traditional weight training, or even more artificially with guided fitness machines.
